LECTURER

Raphaëlle d'Ornano | Seminar Lecturer
(Growth & profitability drivers...)

Raphaëlle d’Ornano is the Founder and Managing Partner at D’Ornano + Co and a lecturer at ESSEC Business School in the Digital Disruption chair (Seminar 2: Growth & profitability drivers for new tech business models).

Raphaëlle began her career at Deloitte in Los Angeles then in Paris, focusing on financial due diligence of acquisitions and sales. While at Deloitte, Raphaëlle noticed that a new class of investors, seeking value in socially responsible investments, was not being served by the market. She therefore became an attorney at law. With this dual financial and legal expertise, Raphaëlle opened D'Ornano+Co, convinced that the new tech business models require a holistic legal, financial and strategic approach to be understood. Under Raphaëlle's leadership, the firm has participated in over 200 transactions and has validated over €500 million of investment in Tech in 2020 through its offices in Paris and New York.

Raphaëlle is an expert across multiple industries. She is a regular lecturer at Bercy on the subject of the Tech economy and the vice-president of the ESSEC alumni board.
